Eilen illalla riipaisin makean nälässä uunipellillisen kaurakeksejä. Tämä resepti on todella helppo ja nopea. Kaiken lisäksi tiskiäkään ei tule niin kovin paljoa.
Kaurakeksit
150g margariinia
4,5dl kaurahiutaleita
1,5dl sokeria
1rkl vehnäjauhoja
1,5tl leivinjauhetta
Sulata margariini ja kaada se keskenään sekoitettuihin kuiviin aineksiin. Sekoita tasaiseksi. Kaada leivinpaperin päälle uunipellille ja levitä. Paista 200 asteessa kymmenisen minuuttia. Leikkaa heti lämpimänä sopivan kokoisiksi neliöiksi. Säilytä ilmavassa paikassa.
Yesterday evening just before Finnish Big Brother started I had to make my self some oat cookies. This recipe is the the easiest and fastest in the world. Another positive side is that you don't have to clean up so much after you're done.
Oat Cookies
150g margarine
4.5dl oat flakes
1.5dl sugar
1 tbsp wheat flower
1,5 tsp baking powder
Melt margarine and add it into the other ingredients which you have mixed together in a bowl. Mix. Pour the dough on to a baking plate which you have covered with baking paper. Bake in 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Immediately cut into perfect squares. Let them cool down and store in a airy place.
