En tiedä, mistä syystä olen höynähtänyt tähän jenkkien krääsäjuhlaan, mutta sille en vain voi mitään. Jo lukioaikoina kävin Tiimarissa etsimässä halloween krääsää. Toki sitä ei ollut tarjolla läheskään yhtä paljon kuin nyt.
Amerikan reissulla nappasin kyytiini tuota hämähäkin seittiä. Paketti on kestänyt seitsemän vuotta ja on vasta puolillaan. Pussin kyljessä komeilee Kmartin logo ja hinta 94 senttiä. Kyllä Kiinassa tehdyn seitin kilohinta on ihan eri täällä koto-Suomessa, kun sittarissa katsoin samanlaista pussia. Sen hinta oli 5,90 euroa.
Pyöreillä saksillani napsuttelin mustasta ja oranssisesta pahvista rinkuloita ja ompelin ne ompelukoneella nauhaksi. Ne roikkuvat ikkunalla, jossa patterista nouseva lämpö niitä kivasti liikuttelee.
Kekkoselle tein tuollaiset batman lasit. Aika sievät. Kekkosen kasvonpiirteisiin käyvät lasit kuin lasit.
I don't know why but I'm a fool for Halloween. I cannot help myself. Already in highschool I went to the stores looking for some halloween stuff. During that time there was not much to choose from.
From our trip to America I bought some halloween stuff including a bag of spiderweb. It has lasted seven years and there's still half left. Kmart logo is on the side of the bag and also a pricetag for 94 cents. The kilogram price for chinese spiderweb is totally different here in Finland. Similar bag costs "only" 5,90 euros.
With my round scissors I cut out circles for orange and black cardboard and sew them together as a garland. Now it's hanging form the window and the warm air coming from the radiators keeps moving them gently.
Our former president Kekkonen has also gotten batmanish shades.
